Nutrition Challenge #1

Here is the first nutrition challenge: a recipe for oatmeal bake! Make sure you remember to eat fruit and some source of protein (eggs, nuts, etc.) with your serving of oatmeal bake! In order to complete the challenge, send us a picture/video of yourself re-creating this recipe at home!
